when I look into the old well
I see reflections
memories of a life
my life
the past
nostalgia
tears of joy, and beauty,
and sadness, and wrath
a silent weeping
together with the trees
It is a life worth living
a part of me has always been here
among those familiar deep waters
where Medusa sheds a tear
mournings of a chthonic heart
there and then…
I found the dark in you again
casting a shadow
the serpent in the lover’s eye
mischievously,
you’ve seduced the void
and here we sit and wait
a failed romance
longing for a life unreal
melancholy lovers
One to whisper secrets
She speaks a riddle
in wolven tongue
the spirits of the wind and the mountains
are in her voice
the young root drinks
from the water of generations
while the creatures of the night fight for their lives
and claim them
as her lips weave words into spells
her hands carve a wooden badger
fierce eyes are easy to love
fierce hearts are difficult to kill
lustful she waits
for the storm to grow stronger
